Why Google suspends Business Profiles?
Google suspends a profile when something doesn’t match its Business Profile guidelines. It’s often a small thing someone added in good faith, or a change that triggered a fresh review. These are the most common causes I see:
Keywords in the name
“Hair Salon Bratislava Cheap Petra” instead of the real business name. One of the most common guideline violations.
Virtual office or coworking address
An address where the business doesn’t actually serve customers or have a permanent location. Google can tell.
Showing an address for an on-site service
A plumber or cleaning company shows a home address although customers never come there. It should be set up as a service area.
Several profiles for one business
Duplicate profiles, new profiles after a rejection, or a separate profile for each service.
Sudden changes to details
Changing the name, address or category triggers a fresh review, and the profile gets stuck in suspension.
Bought or fake reviews
Reviews from friends on request, reviews in exchange for discounts or bought packages. Google removes them and can restrict the profile.
What others get wrong: they create a new profile instead of appealing, write “we didn’t break any rules” in the appeal without a single piece of evidence, or pay someone who promises reinstatement within 24 hours through “contacts at Google”. Those contacts don’t exist. The only thing that works is fixing the profile per the guidelines and appealing with evidence.
What I do to reinstate a profile
Finding the cause
I go through the profile, edit history, name, address, categories, reviews and Google’s emails, looking for exactly what breaks the guidelines.
Fixing the profile
The real name without keywords, the correct address or service area, categories, opening hours.
Duplicates
I find duplicate and old profiles and suggest how to merge or report them properly.
Evidence
A list of documents Google accepts: business registration, a utility bill, photos of the premises and signage, video verification.
The appeal
I complete and submit the appeal through Google’s official tool with evidence that genuinely supports your business.
Dealing with support
If Google asks for more documents or video verification, I prepare you for exactly what to show.
Reviews after reinstatement
Setting up honest review collection from real customers, without buying reviews or trading them for discounts.

How it works
Fast, but without panic. A bad appeal is worse than none. I need manager access to the profile, Google’s suspension emails and documents about the business (registration, premises address, photos).

Why did Google suspend my Business Profile?
Most often because of keywords in the name, an address without real premises, a displayed address for a business that travels to customers, duplicate profiles or a sudden change of details. Google usually doesn’t state the exact cause, so it has to be found in the profile.
How much does reinstatement cost?

Do you guarantee reinstatement?
No. Only Google decides on reinstatement, and nobody outside Google can guarantee it. I guarantee the appeal will be filed correctly, with a fixed profile and evidence. If a business clearly breaks the guidelines, I’ll say so upfront.
Should I create a new profile?
No. A new profile for the same business is another guideline violation and often leads to that one being suspended too. The right path is to fix the original profile and appeal.
How long does Google take to decide?
Usually a few days, sometimes several weeks. If Google asks for more documents or video verification, it takes longer.
What if Google rejects the appeal?
We look at the reason. If the evidence was missing or weak, it can be added. If the business doesn’t meet the guidelines (for example, it has no premises customers visit), the profile setup needs to change rather than appealing again.
Will I lose my reviews?
When a profile is reinstated, reviews usually come back with it. Reviews Google judges to be fake may be removed, and those won’t return.
