Removing negative Google results means old, untrue or overly personal content about your name or company disappears from search, or gets pushed down by genuine content you control. I only use legal routes: Google requests under GDPR and Google’s policies, requests to site operators, and your own content. No fake reviews and no attacks on other sites. From €390.

Why a negative Google result costs you customers?
Customers, investors and new hires google you before meeting you. Page one of the results is your business card, and if it shows an old article or personal data, it decides for you. This is what people deal with most often:
An old article about a settled matter
A dispute that ended years ago is still the third result for your name.
A deleted page still cached
The content no longer exists on the site, but Google still shows an old snippet with untrue details.
Personal data in results
Your home address, phone number or ID number on a site where it doesn’t belong.
Page one without you
Neither your website nor your profiles rank for your name, so all Google has is that negative result.
Untrue claims
A forum or blog with made-up accusations that nobody has corrected.
Bad attempts to fix it
Threatening the author or writing fake positive reviews only makes it worse.
What others get wrong: they promise guaranteed removal, write fake reviews, file false copyright claims or attack other sites. That breaks Google’s rules and the law, and ends with an even worse result. Honest critical reviews usually stay; you can respond to them politely and add genuine content.
What I do about negative results
Results analysis
I go through the first two pages of Google for your name, company and variants, and find out what the problem is and why it’s there.
Choosing the route
I assign a legal route to each result: GDPR, Google’s policies, the site operator, or pushing it down with your own content.
Right to be forgotten
For individuals in the EU I prepare a GDPR delisting request where the content is inaccurate, outdated or excessive.
Personal information
Where Google’s policies allow it, I request removal of results showing contact details or sensitive personal data.
Outdated content
If a page has changed or disappeared, Google’s outdated content removal tool takes down the old snippet.
Site operator
A factual request to the author to correct, update or anonymize. It’s often the fastest route.
Lawyer for untrue claims
For defamation or false statements, I prepare material for a lawyer who can take legal action.
Your own genuine content
Your website, profiles, interviews and pages on strong sites (in Slovak) that fill page one with what you want to say.
The videos are in Slovak; YouTube can show automatic English subtitles.
Negative result removal pricing
| Package | Who it’s for | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Analysis and requests | Results analysis, choosing the legal route and filing requests with Google and site operators. Most popular when the problem is a few specific links. | €390 |
| Requests + pushing down with your own content | Everything in the first package plus push-down: profiles, a page about you or the company, articles and mention recommendations. For cases where removal isn’t possible. | €990 |
Prices are final; we are not VAT registered. You pay for the work, not the outcome, because Google or the site operator decides on each request. I’m not a lawyer and this isn’t a legal service; for defamation or disputes I’ll refer you to a lawyer.
How it works
First I assess whether the result can be addressed legally. If not, I tell you straight away and won’t charge for requests with no chance. I need a list of links and brief context.
1
Analysis (week 1). Results for your name and company, a legal route for each link and an estimate of the chances.
2
Requests (week 2). GDPR, personal data, outdated content, site operators. With the €990 package I also start on your own content.
3
Follow-up (within 60 days). Responses from Google and operators, extra documentation, appeals on rejection and a result report.
What you get on top
Free assessment
Send the links and within one business day I’ll tell you whether they’re worth pursuing and by which route.
Responding to criticism
I’ll help write a factual public reply to a critical review so it doesn’t go unanswered.
Alerts for new content
I set up free alerts so you hear about a new result before your customers do.

Who does it
RNDr. Milan Fraňo, PhD., HEAD of SEO at WooAcademy. I work on what Google shows for company and personal names, using only routes that Google and the law allow. If a result can’t legally be removed, I say so directly and instead build genuine content that pushes it down.

Frequently asked questions about removing negative results
Can a negative result be removed from Google?
Sometimes: when it’s personal data, inaccurate or outdated content about an individual in the EU, an outdated snippet, or when the author corrects the content. Honest criticism and news articles usually can’t be removed; they can only be pushed down with your own content.
How much does it cost?
Analysis and requests €390, with push-down content €990. Prices are final; we are not VAT registered. You pay for the work; I don’t guarantee the outcome.
What is the right to be forgotten?
Under GDPR, an individual in the EU can ask Google not to show results for their name that are inaccurate, outdated or excessive. Google also weighs the public interest, so not every request succeeds.
Does the right to be forgotten apply to companies?
No, GDPR only protects individuals. For a company I work with directors and owners as individuals, outdated content, site operators, a lawyer for defamation, and pushing down with genuine content.
Can you delete a negative Google review?
Only if it breaks Google’s policies, for example spam, a conflict of interest or insults. An honest negative review stays. I don’t write fake positive reviews; they break the rules and the law.
How long does it take?
Google usually handles requests within days to weeks. Pushing down with your own content takes weeks to months, depending on how strong the negative result is.
Is this a legal service?
No. I prepare and file the standard requests you could also file yourself, and I build content. For defamation, damages or a dispute, you need a lawyer.
